Al Horford Named to Rookie Team for All-Star Weekend

Horford joins Kevin Durant, Mike Conley, Jr., Jeff Green, Jamario Moon, Luis Scola, Juan Carlos Navarro, Yi Jianlian, and Sean Williams on the rookie team.
