PREVIOUSLY, THE BOSTON CELTICS...won 112-106 in overtime in Miami Wednesday night. It was Boston's second consecutive win following a three-game skid that coincided with injuries both to Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett (though both missed only the loss at Phoenix and Boston won at Orlando without Pierce and at home against Toronto without Pierce, Garnett, and Rajon Rondo).
In the only previous meeting between the teams this season, Atlanta won 97-86 in Boston on November 13th. The Hawks won that game on the glass, grabbing 41% of their own misses and 83.8% of Boston's misses. That Boston made just one three-pointer helped as well.
Consider this an open thread for all pre-game, in-game, and post-game (but pre-recap) thoughts.
