PREVIOUSLY...the Orlando Magic have won four of five to start the season (which levaes them one game back of the Hawks in the Southeast Division), with the lone loss coming at Miami. At home, the Magic have beaten Washington by 29, Minnesota by 42, and New Jersey by 15.
Jameer Nelson's absence might help the Hawks but it's prudent to remember that the Nate Robinson game on New Year's Day 2010 remained close enough for Nate Robinson to win it single-handedly because Mike Bibby had to be hidden from Chris Duhon.
Chris Duhon.
Switching Al Horford onto the opposing point guard won't be an option tonight.
Consider this an open thread for all pre-game, in-game, and post-game (but pre-recap) thoughts.

If I had a bookie, I'd bet my entire paycheck on the Magic beating the 9 point spread. I can't hardly remember not losing to the Magic by less than 20. And on the road on the second night of a back-to-back? That line is absolutely shocking to me.
JMar --
The Hawks beat the Magic in Orlando to open the 2008-09 season so they've only lost five straight in Orlando. Granted, those five losses were by a combined 141 points.
141 points. Not a typo.
I don't even want to watch this game, I feel like it ends the same way everytime. Is there a worse matchup for the Hawks in the rest of the league? I can't think of one off the top of my head.
8 minutes into the game, JMar's Law holds firm. All I need to do is suggest that I might have money on a proposition, and fate reverses course.
If we can clean up the turnovers, limit the Magic's offensive rebounds, and get some bench scoring from someone other than Crawford in the second half, we have a chance. Starters are outplaying the Magic. Bench just needs to do their part.
