The Atlanta Hawks and Milwaukee Bucks will not play tonight in Atlanta as the city of Atlanta is not equipped to deal with icy roads.
It was moderately safe to drive on the snow-covered streets in the city yesterday, but a layer of frozen rain covered the snow (at that point packed where it had been driven over). Some of that mixture has melted today but with temperatures to fall back below freezing around sunset, it's probably in the interest of public safety to keep people off the roads tonight.
The game will be made up on Tuesday, March 15th, turning the previously scheduled five-game homestand into a six-game affair for the Hawks.
